Our MISSION
The Greenup Meals on Wheels program was created in 2005 to meet the nutritional needs of a growing number of home-bound residents in the Greenup city area who were unable to prepare meals. Since then the program has expanded to include residents of Wurtland, Raceland, and Worthington. Our meals are prepared by a staff of volunteers in our own commercial-grade kitchen facility.

Greenup MOW is serving between 65-70 clients on 5 routes Monday - Friday every week!.
About 30 volunteers are committed to driving five times a week to deliver these valued meals. The cost per meal is $2.09, and we served about 8319 meals last year.
We are beginning a campaign to seek donations to provide a month of meals for those whom we serve. A monthly donation of $40 dollars would provide a meal five days a week for 20 days in the month. We serve meals M-F.
